Check if an email address is valid
Type one email address to see if it is written correctly, has a typo, is a temporary or shared address, and whether its domain can receive email. Free, no signup.
What this free check looks at
- Format: a missing @, spaces, double dots or a missing ending make an address invalid.
- Typos: common mistakes such as gmial.com or .con, with the fix suggested.
- Domain and mail servers: the part after the @ must exist and must have mail servers. If it does not, nothing sent to it can arrive.
- Temporary and shared addresses: throw-away email services, and shared inboxes such as info@ and sales@.
What it cannot do: tell you whether the person's mailbox exists. Two addresses on the same working domain can look identical here, and one can still bounce. Only a real mailbox check can find that out.

Questions
Does this tell me if the email address exists?
It tells you if the domain can receive email and if the address is written correctly. It cannot tell if the mailbox exists. For that, use the email checker.
Do you keep the addresses I check?
No. The address is used for the check and is not stored.
Is it really free?
Yes, with no account needed. There is a limit on how many addresses one network can check per hour.
