How to Find Real Estate Agent Leads on Instagram

Real estate agents use Instagram to show listings, sold homes and their local area. Many list a contact email, which makes them reachable if you sell property photography, video, staging, signs, CRM software, lead generation or marketing services.
Where to start
- A local brokerage or franchise office account. They often follow the agents who work with them.
- A property photographer, home stager or mortgage broker in your area. They follow the agents they work with.
- A local real estate news page or an industry event that follows agents in the region.
Filters that work
- Account type: business or creator. Agents use both.
- Followers: roughly 500 to 20,000 is a good range for individual agents and small teams. Large brand accounts usually have a marketing team in between.
- Only leads that show an email, so every row is usable.
Tip: look at the category column. Agents are often labelled "Real estate agent", "Real estate" or "Real estate service". Keep all three, and remove brokerage head offices if you only want individual agents.
What to say
Refer to something real, such as a listing they just posted or the area they cover. Offer one clear, small thing, for example a sample photo edit of one of their listings, and make it easy to say no. Keep it short: agents read email between viewings, often on a phone.
